Purpose

We have developed the entirely new mobile app with a user-friendly interface, clear navigation and support for all up-to-time payment methods. The app was developed using cross-platform Flutter technology. The existing backend and API were also updated. At the same time, full compatibility with the old version of the mobile app was provided, and a “seamless” transition to a completely new application was ensured for all clients. The app includes data sections managed through the web admin panel with promotions, catalogue, such functions as the ability to quickly just repeat the last order, as well as managing of increasing demand for delivery and the minimum order amount on the side of the Customer. App users can pick the delivery times, choose payment methods and pay right in the app, including saving the selected payment method for future purchases.

The App Includes

• Native navigation, new catalogue, product cards, choosing of addresses and delivery times, online payments. Function to quickly repeat the last order.

• “Seamless” transition for all clients from the old version of the app (native technologies) to a completely new cross platform mobile application on Flutter.

• Web admin panel with advanced options for managing content and orders parameters.

• Backend, API for interaction with the mobile application.

• With a minimal project budget, already in the next few months after launching the new mobile app, the Customer’s sales increased by 15%!
